Brown Sugar Cinnamon Buns

The main ingredients except butter are put into the bread bucket in order. Knead for 15 minutes

Add butter and knead until expanded. Proceed to fermentation.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon powder, and roll out any lumps.

The fermented dough is divided into 8 parts, rounded and relaxed for 15 minutes.

Roll out into a long shape, thin the bottom edge. Put cinnamon and brown sugar filling. Leave blanks on all four sides. Roll up tightly from top to bottom, squeeze the mouth tightly.

Cut with a scraper.

Close up and twist into a twist shape.

Put on a baking tray and ferment well in a warm and humid place. Brush with egg wash.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for about 17 minutes.
Tips:
Don't be greedy for too much stuffing, just spread a thin layer.
Adjust the kneading time according to your own bread machine.
