Brown Sugar, Ginger, and Mung Bean Soup

Put mung beans in the pot and soak in hot water for one hour. Wash.

Add clean water to the washed mung beans and start cooking.
3.
Bring to a boil, pat the ginger, break it, and add.
4.
Cook until all the mung beans burst open, about half an hour.
5.
Add brown sugar to taste. Just stir evenly.
