Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake

Soak 100 grams of glutinous rice overnight.

Put it in a rice cooker and steam it.

Pour the soybeans into an oil-free wok and fry them until cooked.

Use a food processor to beat soy flour.

The glutinous rice is served after being steamed.

Use a rolling pin to pound it into a sticky and soft waxy state.

Add 30ml brown sugar to the same water and simmer on a low heat to thicken.

A lump of glutinous rice is pulled out, rounded and then glued with soybean flour.
9.
Dip one bite into brown sugar.
