Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it overnight with water in advance.

After the procedure is over, let the glutinous rice cool slightly and beat it with a rolling pin until there are no obvious grains of rice, and it is fine.

Take a square container with a layer of plastic wrap, pour the glutinous rice into it, arrange the shape, and let it cool naturally.

The cold glutinous rice is removed from the mold, and the irregular edges are removed, and cut into uniform lumps.

Just roll the sticks of glutinous rice in the cooked soybean flour.

Put it in a bowl and set aside.

Put brown sugar and water in the pot together

Heat on a low heat to a thick state, then turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. In the practice of brown sugar glutinous rice cakes, I omitted the step of frying, making it less oily and healthy.
2. Don't eat too much glutinous rice at once, it will be difficult to digest.
3. Put the soy flour into a clean pot and fry until the color darkens and the aroma of beans comes out and you can use it.
