Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake

Tips:
1. Brown sugar I use pure brown sugar from Ganzhiyuan. This brown sugar tastes very good, and the pure brown sugar is not easy to be mixed with other things during the cooking process, which is more healthy and nutritious.
2. It is recommended not to choose brown sugar that is sold in bulk because the water is very deep, so it is recommended to buy a better one;
3. Freezing in the refrigerator is for better qualitativeness and easier cutting, so don't freeze it for too long.
