Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Lotus Root

Wash the lotus root, peel it off, and cut it on one-ninth of the top of the head

Soak the glutinous rice for half a day in advance

Pour glutinous rice into the hole in the lotus root

Fix the top with a toothpick

Put water in the pot without lotus root, add rock sugar and brown sugar
