Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Lotus Root
1.
The main materials required.
2.
Wash the glutinous rice and soak for half a day. Drain the water.
3.
Peel and wash the lotus root. Cut out a small piece of lotus root to one end. Don't throw it away.
4.
Put the glutinous rice pot into each small hole of the lotus root until it is full (you can borrow the chopsticks to poke the glutinous rice)
5.
Put the lotus root in the pot full of glutinous rice back with the lotus root joint just cut out, and fix it with a toothpick.
6.
Take the pressure cooker and pour water, add glutinous rice and lotus root, two pieces of brown sugar and white sugar. The sweetness is optional (the amount of water must not exceed the lotus root)
7.
Cover the lid, bring it to the stove and bring it to a boil. After hearing the sound of the pressure cooker, change it to a low heat and press for another hour to turn off the heat. Wait for it to cool down automatically.
8.
Take out the finished product, slice it and serve it on a plate.
9.
The finished product can also be topped with sugar osmanthus or honey after slicing, because I hate to eat osmanthus and omit it. The finished product can also be eaten after putting it in the refrigerator and freezing it.
