Brown Sugar Hair Cake

Put brown sugar in the container, pour in warm water, and stir well. It is best to sift it before use.

Sift low-gluten flour and baking powder into another container.

Pour the brown sugar water and stir into a batter.

Put the batter into a baking paper cup and sprinkle some white sesame seeds. If there is no paper cup, other small bowls can be used, but the steaming time should be longer, and a layer of oil should be applied to the bowl to make it easy to demould.

Boil a pot on the water, high heat, steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for three minutes.
