Brown Sugar Kueh

Bring to a boil, add brown sugar powder, boil it into sugar water and let cool.

Add sticky rice flour, flour, sugar and yeast to the bowl.

Add brown sugar water several times in small amounts.

Stir the flour until there is no dry powder. Lift the batter with a whisk to drip.

Leave the batter to proof for 1 hour.

Brush the peanut oil in the bowl and scoop the batter, about 80% full.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, put in the batter, and steam on high heat for about 40 minutes.
