Prepare a mold supplemented with greased paper and pour the brown sugar batter.
11.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds evenly on the surface of the batter and let it sit for 15 minutes.
12.
After boiling water in the pot, steam it in the pot and cover the film with plastic wrap to prevent water from dripping into the surface of the mara cake, which will cause unevenness. Because the plastic wrap is used up, switch to tin foil and steam for 30 minutes on high heat. Add enough water at a time, and you can't open the lid halfway.
13.
When the time is up, turn off the heat and wait for 5 minutes before opening the lid to prevent the dough from shrinking.
14.
Cut open, very sweet and soft brown sugar mara cake, you may wish to try it if you like.
