Brown Sugar, Red Date, Barley Tea

Ingredients: 10 grams of barley tea, 7 red dates, 10 grams of brown sugar, 400 grams of water.

Wash the red dates, cut in half, and remove the pit.

Tips:
The amount of brown sugar and red dates can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
Barley tea is easier to release more flavor after boiling.
