If you go to a Korean barbecue restaurant, it is usually served with barley tea. I personally like the unique fragrance of barley tea. Every time I drink it, I feel very comfortable. Drinking barley tea can not only appetite and digest food, but also help lose weight. You can also drink it regularly.
