Three Flower Barley Tea

Ingredients: 10 grams of barley tea, 8 roses, 2 grams of jasmine, 2 grams of hawksbill flowers, 300 grams of water.

Pour the barley tea and water into the pot.

Bring to a boil and turn to low heat. Continue to boil for about 10 minutes until the color of the soup is stable and the aroma of barley tea is fully released.

Put jasmine, rose and tortoiseshell flowers in the teapot.

Pour the brewed barley tea and tea soup into the teapot together with the barley tea.

Tips:
The ratio of three flowers can be adjusted according to your own preferences.
After drinking the tea, you can continue to brew the water repeatedly until the floral fragrance fades.
