Brown Sugar Topping
1.
Prepare the ingredients, rinse 2 glutinous rice cakes with cold water, prepare brown sugar
2.
After the pot is hot, turn to low heat and put in glutinous rice cakes.

Use a spatula to keep squeezing the glutinous rice cakes and turning them over so that the glutinous rice cakes are evenly heated. If you are not afraid of hot hands, you can also squeeze and roll directly with your hands. Until the whole glutinous rice cake is soft.
4.
Put a spoonful of brown sugar on the surface while constantly rolling and squeezing until the brown sugar becomes viscous.
5.
Get the pot. The sweet and sticky brown sugar glutinous rice cake is done!
Tips:
1. Don't drain the oil, or it will be too greasy. Of course, if you like the greasy taste, you can put very little salad oil.
2. The whole process can only be a small fire, so as not to burn.
3. "Tuo" here is our local language. I didn't express it accurately in words. The similar process is very similar to "Branding" in the north. (But I don’t know whether to put oil in the northern pancakes)
