Brown Sugar Walnut Cookies
1.
Mix the softened butter with brown sugar and beat evenly with a manual whisk
2.
Add egg liquid, beat until smooth, sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder
3.
Add walnuts
4.
Mix synthetic dough
5.
Put all the dough into a mold, wrap it in plastic wrap, and freeze for 1 hour in the refrigerator
6.
After the biscuits are frozen, take them out and cut them into 0.8cm thick square slices and place them neatly on the baking tray.
7.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees up and down, middle level, bake for 20 minutes
Tips:
1. I use the PE5386 one-degree shuttle oven. When you use other brands of ovens, please pay attention to the appropriate adjustment of the temperature.
2. The dough must be frozen for more than 1 hour, otherwise it will be difficult to cut the dough into complete slices
3. The brown sugar I use is agglomerated, so you need to knead it into small particles in advance. If you use granular sugar, you don’t need it.
