Brown Sugar Whole Wheat Toast

Weigh the ingredients, and crush the large particles in the brown sugar with a spoon.

Dissolve baby yeast in warm water.

Put the yeast water into the bread bucket, beat an egg, and add brown sugar.

Add high-gluten flour, whole wheat bread flour, salt, and salt on top. So far, all the materials in the main ingredients have been put into the bread bucket.

Use 1 hour and 40 minutes (January), adjust according to your own situation, pay attention to observation.

Put the black sesame seeds into the bread bucket and mix for 1 minute until well mixed.

Take out the dough, ventilate, divide it into thirds evenly, knead it into dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it into an oval shape, roll it tightly, then roll it into a strip, roll it tightly, and put it into a toast box. Add the three doughs one after the other.

[Second fermentation] I use the oven to ferment, 50 degrees (guaranteed temperature), add a plate of boiling water (guaranteed humidity), ferment until the toast box is 9 minutes full, I use about 50 minutes, adjust according to my own situation, pay attention Observed.

After the fermentation is complete, add the toast box lid. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, middle and lower, and bake for 45 minutes. The temperature is adjusted according to your own oven. It is best to put a piece of tin foil on the bottom of the toast box to prevent the hole at the bottom of the toast box from leaking and dirty the oven.

The toast is released from the mold immediately after it is out of the oven, put in a fresh-keeping bag after it is allowed to cool, and stored at room temperature. It is eaten within 5 days. Refrigeration affects the taste of the bread.
Tips:
The black sesame seeds can be added at the end of the second stirring. The oven temperature is for reference only, please adjust it according to your own oven.
