Bruschetta

Gelatin is softened by soaking in pure water.

Cut the vanilla pod with a knife and scrape out the vanilla seeds.
3.
Put cream, milk, sugar, vanilla seeds and vanilla pods in the pot.

Bring to a boil over medium and small heat and turn off the heat.
5.
Grab the gelatin water dry, put it in the milk mixture, and stir until it melts.
6.
Put the mixture in the mold, refrigerate for 2 hours, and release the mold.
Tips:
1 Custard pudding can be paired with strawberries, kiwi and other fruits, or fruit jam.
