Brussels Sprouts with Oyster Sauce

Wash the Brussels sprouts and cut them apart longitudinally. (You can also cut the cabbage with a cross knife and stir-fry the whole thing)

Cut the garlic into minced garlic.

Put oil in the pot and heat to 60% heat. Add minced garlic and saute.

Pour in Brussels sprouts and stir fry until the surface is broken.

Add appropriate amount of hot water (do not overrun the cabbage) and cook until the cabbage is about eighty mature.
6.
Add oyster sauce and appropriate amount of salt to taste, and remove the soup after high heat.
