Buckwheat Dumplings with Pork Stuffing

Add water to the buckwheat flour and knead it into a dough after stirring. Proof for ten minutes.

Roll into long strips, cut into small sections, and squash into a round shape. Wrap the pork filling and knead into dumplings.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, pour the dumplings, add cold water after the water is boiled, and repeat three times before removing.

Tips:
1. Wheat flour is a miscellaneous grain, it is recommended to boil the flour.
2. To make dumplings with buckwheat flour and simply use pork stuffing. The taste is not very good. It is recommended to add tofu.
