Prepare the ingredients and seasonings, and pick the broccoli flowers into small flowers;

Put butter in a bowl and put it in the microwave for about 10 seconds. After the butter is melted, add 2 tablespoons of TEXASPETE chili sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, 1.5 teaspoons sugar, 3 cloves of garlic and crushed into puree. Put it in a bowl and mix well as a bowl of juice;
3.
Blanch the broccoli until just cooked, pick up the filtered water and set aside;
4.
Put the bowl of juice in the pot, turn on high heat, stir constantly, cook until the bowl of juice is foamed, pour in the broccoli, stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. This is an experiment, you can change it slightly according to your favorite taste, but don't be too outrageous, otherwise it will not be Buffalo style;
Second, it's still long-winded, the ingredients seem to be too spicy and salty in terms of ingredients. Consider adding an appropriate amount of sugar for seasoning, and then think horizontally, if you can put some meat to match it, maybe it will taste better;
3. Because it’s the stuff of Americans, I don’t want to put Chinese chili sauce, so I used TEXASPETE HOT SAUCE. If American chili sauce is not available, domestic garlic chili sauce can be used.
