The bullfrog in sour soup in the restaurant is really delicious. But too much oil. So I came back to make a less oil version by myself.

Bullfrog in Less Oleic and Sour Soup

1. Bullfrog wash

2. Scallion, ginger, garlic, dried chili saute

3. Put the bullfrog and pour water and cook on a low heat

4. Spicy fresh sauce, fish sauce, white vinegar, cooking wine, put in.

5. Add the side dishes.

6. Just boil it out and put it on the plate.
