Burning Grass
1.
The pumpkin, purple potato, and taro are thinly sliced and steamed. It takes about fifteen minutes. Here I steamed the three together for convenience, and the purple potato dyed the taro.
2.
After being steamed, it is pressed into a puree. Press the mud when it's hot
3.
Add cassava flour and stir into cotton wool,
4.
Knead into a ball, if it is too touchy, add a small amount of tapioca flour, be sure to add a little
5.
Roll into strips.
6.
Cut into cubes, or cut into smaller ones, and round them up to make pearls.
7.
I made the finished product for the whole afternoon, I made too many ingredients, and the rest was ready to be frozen.
8.
Boil it for about four or five minutes and it will come up. The first time I made it, I was afraid that it would not be cooked well. After cooking it for a long time, the taro balls of the taro were a little mushy. Boiled, remove cold water or put in ice water
9.
Add immortal grass jelly (I'm talking about grass paste here), bought at the supermarket, so I don't bother to make it by myself.
10.
Add pure milk and brown sugar water, add the sweetness according to your own taste. Brown sugar water: boil three spoons of brown sugar + 80 ml of water.
11.
Keep it in the refrigerator and it's more delicious.
Tips:
Personally, the pumpkin taro balls are very Q bomb, the taro is not very Q, and the purple potato is a bit waxy.
