Burning Herbal Milk Tea

Wash the red beans and soak overnight in advance. The next day, add sugar and cook them in the pot until they are cooked through and have particles. Pick them up and drain the sugar water and put them in the refrigerator.

Put small pieces of sugar into the pot and cook (preferably white sugar, we can only use sugar if we don’t have it). Boil the tortoise ling paste powder with water. When the water in the pot is boiled, slowly pour the mixed tortoise ling paste powder. Go in, stir while pouring to prevent sticking to the bottom, stir while cooking, boil it, pour it into the crisper and let it cool and freeze

Blanch the sago in hot water for about 5 minutes, pick up the cold water and pour it into the pot and cook until cooked through

Put the black tea bag and sugar in the pot and cook for 30 seconds, the pot must be boiled water

Pick up the tea bag, let it cool, and add honey

Tips:
When making tea, remember not to cook it for too long, otherwise it will be bitter.
Personal taste is relatively light. This sugar is just right for me. If you like desserts, add more sugar.
It's best to use honey instead, but honey is so expensive that it doesn't hurt. .
