Burning Oil Tofu

Cut the oiled tofu in pairs and pour it down while the oil in the pot is heating up.

Add cooking wine and soy sauce in turn.

Add salt and some water and cook for a while.

The water is about to dry, and you can see that the oily tofu has become soft and smooth, and it's almost done.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions, and it's ready to cook.
Tips:
I bought Zuming Xiaoyou Tofu, which is small in size and tender and soft when it burns.
