Stir-fried Plum Beans with Tofu with Fresh Mushrooms and Small Oil

Ingredients: plum peas, fresh mushrooms

Small oil tofu

Pick and wash the plum peas, remove and set aside.

Wash the fresh mushrooms and remove them.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the plum beans and stir fry.

Then, add the small oil tofu, add some water to boil, and cook until the plum beans are broken and cooked.

Then, add the cut fresh mushrooms and stir fry.

Finally, add some salt, light soy sauce, and sugar.

Saute and stir well, serve.
