Butter Biscuits

Soften the butter at room temperature, add sugar, and beat with an electric whisk until it turns white and lightens in color.

Add the egg yolk to the butter in portions and beat well.

Sift low-gluten flour and milk powder into a basin, cut and mix evenly.

Knead the dough into a shiny surface, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour for later use.

After taking out the dough, use a rolling pin to roll it into a sheet, and use a biscuit mold to shape it out!

Remove the cookie dough with a knife and place it on the baking tray.
7.
Preheat the oven at 150°, and bake for 15 minutes in the middle layer.
