Butter Bread
1.
All liquids are delivered to the bread bucket;

Sift the flour and put it in the bread bucket;

Put the flour and sugar into the bread machine separately;

Put the bread bucket with ingredients into the bread machine;

Close the lid on one side and see the yeast box. Yeast is added from this round hole. It will be automatically put in 10 minutes after the machine is started, so there is no need to worry about which corner it will collide with.

Select the automatic dough mixing function, the whole process is 30 minutes, there are 15 minutes to stir, and 15 minutes to relax the dough;

Select the function key "Produce dough" again to ferment until the dough is twice as large;

Take out the dough and exhaust;

Cut into small doughs and cover with plastic wrap to leave the dough twice;
