Butter Cookies

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature. Now that the room temperature is high, the butter softens very quickly. If it softens too much, put it back in the refrigerator and refrigerate it.

Pour the powdered sugar.

Use a spatula to mix the powdered sugar and butter evenly.

Pour the egg liquid in 3 times, each time you pour it in, use an electric whisk to beat evenly before adding it to the next time.

Whipped butter.

Sift the flour in.

Mix it with a spatula until there is no dry powder.

Pour the butter dough into plastic wrap, arrange it into a cylindrical shape, put it in the freezer layer of the refrigerator, and freeze for 30 minutes.

Take out the frozen butter dough, and cut out a number of biscuit dough with a kitchen knife.

Place it on a baking tray lined with greased paper.

Put it in a small Dongling oven that has been preheated to 150 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. After baking, take out the biscuits, let cool, and put them in an airtight box for storage.
