Butter Cookies
1.
Prepare the ingredients according to the ingredient list, the butter is softened at room temperature, I directly add the soft white sugar to the butter
2.
Use a whisk at low speed to whip to yellow. After the butter is fused with the soft white sugar, beat the butter until it is whitish and swelled.
3.
Add the egg liquid three times to the butter, beat with a whisk at low speed, then add the milk in separate portions, and then add the fine sugar in the beaten well. (If you make vanilla flavor, you can add 2 grams of vanilla extract and beat well)
4.
Sift the milk powder and low-gluten flour into the butter and mix well.
5.
Put the mixed batter into a piping bag. It may be too cold for the past two days. The butter has remained in a solid state, making the batter very dry. If it is summer, the butter will soften a lot, so I had to add another 10g of milk to soften it. Otherwise, it won't be squeezed.
6.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, and squeeze round cookies into the baking tray.
7.
The squeezed cookies are put in the oven for about fifteen minutes, and they come out of the oven with a ding sound. They are delicious.
8.

9.
Green tea cookies with green tea.
