I have always liked to use tomato and onion to make a thick soup. It is healthy and appetizing. Today, I added butterfly noodles and cooked the middle rice. It is also very good. After adding mushrooms and bacon, it is delicious and delicious.

Butterfly Noodle Soup

1. Prepare diced tomatoes, diced onions and diced bacon

2. Prepare the butterfly noodles

3. After the water in the pot is boiled, pour the butterfly noodles, cover with high heat and bring to a boil

4. Give it a try, it's cooked for 8 minutes

5. Wash and slice the mushrooms

6. Pour olive oil in hot pan

7. Add bacon in warm oil and sauté

8. Then add all the side dishes and stir-fry evenly

9. Add salt and stir fry evenly

10. Add boiling water

11. Cover the high heat and bring to a low heat and simmer until the soup thickens

12. Return the butterfly noodles to a high heat and boil for a while

13. Add chicken essence to season and turn off the heat

Tips:

1. The mushrooms should be fresh when they are cooked, the mushrooms will turn red after a long slicing time
