Butterfly Noodles

Cook the butterfly noodles in cold water and set aside.

Add a spoonful of olive oil to the pot, chop the onion and garlic, sauté in the frying pan, and sauté slowly over medium heat until the onion starts to change color.

Add minced beef, stir-fry and change color, then add shiitake mushrooms and minced tomatoes.

Then add mushroom-flavored spaghetti sauce, appropriate amount of salt, and black pepper.
5.
Pour the simmered sauce on the butterfly noodles, mix well and serve.
