Buttermilk Chicken Wings
1.
Chop rosemary, add buttermilk, lime zest, chopped rosemary, sweet pepper powder, salt, pepper and crushed garlic cloves, and stir well.
2.
Pour the buttermilk mixture into the freezer bag, add the chicken wings and mix well, put it in the refrigerator and marinate for 2 hours.
3.
Put the flour in one bowl, and put the bread crumbs in another bowl. Mix the marinated chicken wings in the flour, and then shake off the excess flour on the chicken wings. Put the chicken wings in the buttermilk marinade again and wrap the chicken wings in breadcrumbs, using tongs to make sure all sides are covered with breadcrumbs.
4.
Pour a large amount of vegetable oil into the frying pan, add the chicken wings when the oil is hot, and fry for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, so that all sides are evenly heated. Wait until the inside of the chicken wings are cooked and the surface is brown. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
