Sausage Baked Potatoes

Wash potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into diamond-shaped pieces, wash broccoli and cut into small flowers. Jenny Jane's baby sausages are thawed naturally.

Blanch broccoli with boiling water for 2 minutes.

Blanch the carrots and potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes.

All the blanched ingredients are spread flat on the baking tray.

Pour in olive oil, sprinkle in the condiments, and stir well.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, put it in the baking tray, set the upper and lower pipes to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

When the time is up, take out the baking tray, stir the ingredients, put in the baby sausage, and continue to bake for 10 minutes.

When eating, you can change the sausage into small pieces that are convenient for eating.
Tips:
1. The time and temperature of the oven are for reference only.
2. The potatoes should not be big, so as to save time.
3. I blanch the ingredients in advance to shorten the baking time. If you roast it directly, you need to increase the roasting time.
