Cabbage and Mushroom Trotter Soup

Ingredients: cabbage, fresh mushrooms (washed)

Trotter (washed), sliced ginger

Tear the cabbage into small pieces, wash it, and remove it.

Put the cleaned pig's trotter into a pot of clean water, blanch the sliced ginger, and remove it.

Afterwards, put the blanched pig's trotters into a pressure cooker, add some clean water, and an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Then, simmer until it is flat, open the lid, add the fresh mushrooms and cabbage to a boil, cook until the cabbage is broken.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
9.
Season to mix and serve.
