Cabbage Bone Soup

Ingredients: cabbage, meat bones (blanched)

Tear the cabbage into small pieces, wash it, and remove it for later use.

Put the blanched meat and bones into the pressure cooker.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add the cleaned cabbage to a boil, and cook until the cabbage is broken.
9.
Finally, add the right amount of salt.
10.
Stir the seasoning well and serve.
