Cabbage Braised Rice

Main material;

Wash and shred cabbage;

Cut the tomato into 6 slices first, and cut the rest into juice and discard the skin; shred the onion;

Add a little oil to the wok, rinse the rice, put it in the wok and fry the water until it starts to turn golden brown;

Add a little more oil to the pot, pour in onions and fry them to create a fragrance;

Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft;

Add sweet pepper powder and stir-fry evenly;

Pour in tomato juice, add tomato sauce, comprehensive spices, appropriate amount of salt and stir well;

Add 1.2 cups of water to the cup measuring the rice and cook for 5 minutes;

Then put it on the baking tray and place the tomato slices;

Put it into the preheated oven at 200°C and bake on the upper and lower fire for 40 minutes;

The delicious braised rice with slightly browned surface is ready~
Tips:
1. I think the rice will be more fragrant after being fried and simmered;
2. The amount of water added is suitable for my taste of dry rice, which can be added according to different tastes;
3. The comprehensive spice is the original spice, should not be available, you can add others as you like.
