Ingredients

Cabbage Braised Rice

1. Main material;

2. Wash and shred cabbage;

3. Cut the tomato into 6 slices first, and cut the rest into juice and discard the skin; shred the onion;

4. Add a little oil to the wok, rinse the rice, put it in the wok and fry the water until it starts to turn golden brown;

5. Add a little more oil to the pot, pour in onions and fry them to create a fragrance;

6. Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft;

7. Add sweet pepper powder and stir-fry evenly;

8. Pour in tomato juice, add tomato sauce, comprehensive spices, appropriate amount of salt and stir well;

9. Add 1.2 cups of water to the cup measuring the rice and cook for 5 minutes;

10. Then put it on the baking tray and place the tomato slices;

11. Put it into the preheated oven at 200°C and bake on the upper and lower fire for 40 minutes;

Tips:

1. I think the rice will be more fragrant after being fried and simmered;

2. The amount of water added is suitable for my taste of dry rice, which can be added according to different tastes;
