Cabbage Meatball Soup

Prepare the materials. The meatballs are freshly made meatballs. Quail eggs are the kind that is peeled after being cooked.

Cut the cabbage into thick strips and wash.

Pour corn oil in a non-stick pan, turn on the heat, add the ginger slices and sauté until the oil is hot.

Then pour shredded cabbage and start to stir fry.

Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes soft, add appropriate amount of water, top the shredded cabbage, cover the pot, and bring to a boil.

After the soup is boiled in the pot, add the meatballs and quail eggs. Stir well and continue to cook.

Bring to the boil again and cook for a while. You can add salt to taste.

After stirring, turn off the heat after 1 minute.

Put it into a bowl.
