Cabbage Pork Soup

1. Slice the meat, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, mix well and marinate, set aside.

2. Wash the dishes and cut into pieces for later use

3. Add oil to the hot pot, stir up the ginger, garlic, and onion for a nice aroma.

4. Add tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms and scallops and stir fry.

5. Add cabbage, salt, and stir fry.

6. Then add an appropriate amount of cold water and bring to a boil.

7. After the water is boiled, add the marinated meat slices, bring to a boil on high heat, and add coriander to cook.
