Cabbage Roulade

Cut the cabbage leaves and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Let cool water and drain.

Chop the cabbage and squeeze out the water.

Mince the green onions and ginger and pour them into a bowl of meat filling.

Then add light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, salt, and white sugar.

Beat in an egg and mix well.

Take appropriate amount of minced meat and wrap it with vegetable leaves.

Add starch, light soy sauce and seasoning juice to the water.
9.
Boil a pot under water and steam for eight minutes.
10.
Pour the soup and the sauce into the pot together.
11.
Add a little sesame oil.
12.
Pour the prepared juice on top of the cabbage, sprinkle with green onions and crushed peppers.
