Cabbage Roulade

Peel the foreleg meat and cut into small cubes, add some pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, peanut oil and chop into minced meat.

Cut green onions into chopped green onions and chop carrots.

Put the minced meat, green onion, and carrots in a bowl, add chicken powder, salt, and an appropriate amount of water. Use chopsticks to stir in the same direction until the water is completely absorbed.

Boil water in the pot, put the plate in the pot and steam on high heat for four minutes, then turn to low heat and steam for eight minutes.

After steaming, pour the soup into the pot, add some starch water to boil.

Pour the soup on top of the cabbage rolls.

Tips:
1. Adding a little pepper when chopped minced meat can increase the aroma and remove fishy. Adding light soy sauce and oyster sauce to chop minced meat will taste better.
2. The time for the cabbage meat rolls to be steamed in the pot is about 10-12 minutes, depending on the size of the meat rolls.
3. After steaming, there will be a lot of soup, the last step needs to pour the soup on the meat rolls, which can enhance the color and taste.
