In the morning, my husband bought a few catties of fresh sea prawns and a bundle of cabbage, so I used these two ingredients to make a cabbage and shrimp ball soup. The red shrimp and emerald green cabbage are very attractive in color! Even children who don’t usually like to drink soup have eaten a full bowl! The nutritional value of this small cabbage shrimp ball soup is very high. Weak body needs to be nursed and the elderly and children may wish to eat more, which is of great benefit to health.

Cabbage Shrimp Ball Soup

3. Cut the prawns into three pieces

5. The key step is this: use the back of a knife to chop the shrimp into puree, the purpose of this is to prevent all the fibers of the shrimp from breaking;

6. Chop it and put it in a bowl, then add sugar, thirteen incense, sesame oil, salt, white sugar can be left;

7. Stir in one direction with chopsticks, then add two small spoons of tapioca flour;

8. Still stir in one direction for the highest strength;

9. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, reduce the fire source after the water boils, and then put the shrimp paste into small balls with a spoon one by one into the water;

10. Cook for 3 minutes after all is added, then put the cabbage in the pot;

11. Add a little salt when the cabbage becomes soft;

Tips:

1. It is okay to leave it without tapioca flour. The purpose of adding tapioca flour is to increase the elasticity of the shrimp balls;

2. Use a low heat when putting the shrimp balls, and the cooking time should increase or decrease according to the size of the shrimp balls.
