Cabbage Tofu

One piece of tofu, appropriate amount of Chinese cabbage, one sweet pepper, one green onion.

Tofu slices to dry.

Heat the pan and add some oil to start frying the tofu.

Fry yellow on both sides.
5.
Serve the fried tofu and set aside.

Clean the cabbage, bell peppers and green onions.

Cut the cabbage and bell pepper into pieces and chopped green onion.

Heat a pan and add some oil to fry the chopped green onion.

Add the fried tofu, add 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and stir fry evenly.

Then increase the cabbage and stir fry.

Add bell peppers when the cabbage is wilted.

Finally, add salt and five-spice powder, drizzle with a little starch water and stir well. (Catch up with the lack of cabbage at home, this vegetable has more tofu and less cabbage, a bit dry).
