Cabbage Tofu Soup

Wash the cabbage, cut it off, and put it in a bowl for later use.

Wash the meatballs in water, cut them in half, beat the halved meatballs with a knife, and put them in a bowl for later use.

Cut the tofu into pieces and put them on a plate for later use.

Add water to the pot, add sunflower oil, and bring to a boil.

After the water is boiled, turn to medium heat, put the meatballs in the pot, and boil for 2 minutes.

Tips:
Do not cook the greens for too long, otherwise it will not taste good and the color will not look good if it is yellow.
