Cabbage Tofu Soup.

Wash the cabbage and cut into pieces.

Cut tofu into pieces.
3.
Pork fat slices.
4.
Chop green onion and ginger into fine strips.
5.
Wash coriander and cut into sections.

Put star anise in hot oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger.
7.
Add the fatty pork slices and fry the fatty pork slices slightly to get the fat.

Add the chopped cabbage cubes.
9.
Then add the tofu cubes.
10.
Pour in some warm water and cook for 15 minutes.

Season with salt and monosodium glutamate, and sprinkle with coriander before serving.
