When I first saw the domineering name of Caesar Salad, I felt that this dish must be difficult to make. After checking it, I found that it is a traditional salad that is often served at the table and is called the "king of salads". I bought some Caesar salad juice and copied it myself~

Ingredients

Caesar Salad

1. Toast diced

2. Preheat the pot and pour olive oil

3. Put the croutons on a low heat and heat up, turning over halfway

4. Tear lettuce and red cabbage into small pieces, diced egg and tomato

5. Take out the fried croutons, add purple cabbage, lettuce and diced tomatoes

6. Pour some Caesar salad dressing

7. Finally put in the egg

8. Sprinkle some black pepper and chopped walnuts, mix well and you can serve

Tips:

Croutons can also be coated with butter and baked in the oven until golden.
