Cake Roll

Use the leftover egg whites to make some cake rolls

Beat with an electric whisk until it is stiff and foamy, add sugar in two portions

Add milk to egg yolk, 15g sugar, edible oil, sift into low powder, mix well

Add one third of the egg white to the egg yolk liquid and mix well

Stir well and pour into the egg whites and stir

Line the baking pan with greased paper, pour the cake liquid

The oven temperature is set according to each person's oven

After baking the cake, take it out to cool naturally, roll it up when it is cold, and cut it into pieces.
