Cake and toast are two completely different baked products, but sometimes you want to taste two flavors at once. Then, cake toast was born.
Want to eat cake? OK, bite on the upper side; want to eat toast? You can also tear off the sides~ Want to eat both? Well, you can only start from the middle. . .

material:
Toast dough: 200g high-gluten flour, 3g yeast, 30g caster sugar, 3g salt, 70g cheese, 16g egg liquid, 104g milk, 16g butter, 30g wine-stained cranberry
Cake body: 3 eggs, 15g honey, 75g caster sugar, 24g corn oil, 90g low-gluten flour"

【cake Toast】——enjoy Two Different Tastes at The Same Time

1. Put the toast dough ingredients except butter and wine-stained cranberry into the bread bucket

2. Put the bread bucket into the bread machine and fix it, set the kneading program, 30 minutes

3. At the end of the program, the dough is hard and smooth, and a slightly thicker film can be pulled out, put in the softened butter, and start the kneading program again, 20 minutes

4. When there is 1 minute left in the program, press the pause button, the dough can be pulled out of the film

5. Drained wine-dried cranberries

6. Continue to start the program and stir the cranberries into the dough

7. Slightly sort the bottom dough, wrap the cranberries into the dough, and then start basic fermentation

8. Fermented

9. Divide the dough into two parts after venting

10. Relax for 10 minutes after each rounding

11. Roll the dough into an oval shape, turn it over, and thin the bottom edge

12. Roll it up and pinch the seal tightly

13. Put the two shaped doughs side by side into the bread bucket for secondary fermentation

14. When the second fermentation is almost over, start to make the cake: beat the eggs and add honey and beat evenly

15. Add the caster sugar in portions

16. Whip the egg liquid until the dripping egg paste can be maintained for a while before disappearing

17. At this time, the second fermentation of the dough is completed, turn on the baking mode, set the light-burning color for 40 minutes

18. Continue to make the cake batter: pour in corn oil

19. Mix quickly and evenly

20. Sift in low-gluten flour

21. Stir evenly

22. At this point, the toast has started to bake for about 5 minutes. Pour the cake batter evenly into the bread bucket, cover and continue to bake. After the program is over, set the baking program again, and burn for 10 minutes.

23. Pour out the cake toast at the end of the procedure

24. Keep it cool and sealed

Tips:

1. The Peacui PE9500 I used, this weight is just full of buckets;
2. The time to start making the cake is very important. It should be selected when the toast is about to finish the second fermentation. If it is too early, the cake batter cannot be left for a long time;
3. I set to bake twice this time, because at the end of the first baking, the surface of the cake was hardly colored, and it felt like the inside was not completely baked, so I deepened the color and bake it more 10 minutes; at the end, the fermented skin is a bit thick, but the inside is good. You can adjust this according to the actual situation~
