Calcium Egg Roll

Shrimp peeled and prawn line, mashed with carrots, eggs and starch

Add seaweed powder and stir well
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add eggs and fry until golden on both sides
4.
Spread shrimp paste on the omelet, roll into a roll and steam for 20 minutes
