California Dumplings with Raisins

Soak the glutinous rice in clean water for about 3 hours. Drain the water for later use. The bamboo leaves will be boiled for 10 minutes to soften before use.

Prepare California raisins.

Take 2 bamboo leaves and stack them, remove the head and tail, and harvest the two sides toward the center into a funnel shape. The bottom should be tightened, otherwise the rice will leak.

Spoon into a spoonful of glutinous rice.

Add an appropriate amount of California raisins.

Put another spoonful of glutinous rice and use a spoon to compact it.

Lift the bottom to fit the rice tightly.

Pinch the two sides tightly and press to one end.

Just tie it up with a rope.

Put it into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 1 hour.
