Ingredients

California Dumplings with Raisins

1. Soak the glutinous rice in clean water for about 3 hours. Drain the water for later use. The bamboo leaves will be boiled for 10 minutes to soften before use.

2. Prepare California raisins.

3. Take 2 bamboo leaves and stack them, remove the head and tail, and harvest the two sides toward the center into a funnel shape. The bottom should be tightened, otherwise the rice will leak.

4. Spoon into a spoonful of glutinous rice.

5. Add an appropriate amount of California raisins.

6. Put another spoonful of glutinous rice and use a spoon to compact it.

7. Lift the bottom to fit the rice tightly.

8. Pinch the two sides tightly and press to one end.

9. Just tie it up with a rope.
