Get all the materials! ! !

Separate egg yolk and egg white

Add salad oil and milk to the egg yolk, beat well!

Low-gluten flour, baking powder, sweet-scented osmanthus plum powder (this can be omitted 😊), sift into the egg yolk, and mix well with a spatula

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites, beat until the egg whites become thick and soak, then add another general sugar

Beat at medium speed with a whisk until the egg whites are immobile and foamy (I don’t have a whisk 😭, I beat it with chopsticks for forty minutes)

Take one-third of the egg white and put it in the egg batter, and mix well with cutting and mixing

Pour it back into the egg white bowl

Mix well again into cake batter

Brush the bakeware with oil, pour the cake batter, lift the bakeware and shake it on the chopping board several times to shake out the big bubbles in the cake batter

Put the baking tray in the preheated oven, middle level! Bake at 160°C for 40 minutes (a small oven given by my friend, the temperature is not very useful, so this temperature is only for reference). After the cake is baked, take out the baking tray and shake it twice, and snap it in immediately. Chopping board (pictured)! It will be demoulded when it cools down

Put the chocolate in the pot and melt it in water

Use a spatula to wipe the top of the cake with white chocolate in the middle! Sprinkle with melon seeds and chocolate needles! The chocolate will set naturally when it cools down

Tips:
If you have an egg beater, it will be fine in a while 😄 I don’t have an egg beater! You can only play with your hands, so it takes more time!
